As part of our commitment to participant safety, independence, and well-being, Annex Initiative provides 24-hour emergency response support to enrolled participants as outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP) and Individual Program Plan (IPP). Our role is to provide support, help identify immediate needs, and assist participants in accessing the appropriate resources based on each situation.
Some situations require specialized emergency services, including medical care, mental health crisis intervention, or law enforcement response.
If there is an immediate danger to yourself or others, call 911.
